I ran the online scan and one line showed up in RED. It was this one:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\ctfmon.exe
If you used the analyzer on this forum please see the following thread;
IMPORTANT: HiJackThis Analyzer Information
This entry is most likely related to the fact that you also have Microsoft Office auto starting. This file is usually related to the language/alternative input services in Office XP. CTFMON.exe will continue to put itself back into MSConfig when you run the Office XP apps as long as the Text Services and Speech applets in the Control Panel are enabled. Not required if you don\'t need these features.

Now the problem you are having often times is caused by bad or corrupted or conflicting software, or it could be not enough system resourses...
Have you done a good cleanup of the system lately?
I think I would disable some of those unnecessary start up items and see if it makes a difference...especially any that you have recently installed.
Here are some which are automatically running at Start Up which do not need to do so and can be run manually.

TV Now
Cpqset
ADUserMon
Iomega Drive Icons
Deskup
SunJavaUpdateSched
MusicMatch
Smart Start UP
QuickTime Task
iTunes
Sony Ericsson PC Suite
MSMSGS (this is Windows Messenger NOT an IM program it is not needed to run at start up)
SsAAD.exe (Sony SonicStage software related - "Atrac Hard Disk Monitor)
Veoh
NZSearch
Microsoft Office
QuickShelf 2000
iPod Service

Try turning off all of the above and see if it makes a difference. I would also do a file search for Authentium, first in Add/Remove.
I believe it can also be listed under Command Software, so look for both. Remove whatever you find.
Try getting rid of these unnecessary starts and see if that makes a difference.
