As the admins said,you probably don't have the correct chips,I would take it up with the business you bought them from.Also in the future make sure that you have all the pertinent information when purchasing hardware.Like here they need that kind of info to make informed decisions,otherwise you get whatever they give you.Kinda like buying a starter for a car and getting a Ford model instead of a Chevy.
