When I got this, it was after I hooked a new Network cable from my computer's Ethernet slot to my Xbox to play Xbox Connect (Free version of XBL) running off of my computer's Internet.
I then got the "blue screen of death" because of my Xbox configuring against the computer. It worked after a proper reboot, re-installation of program, and then I opened up my port.
But, you don't have any new hardware installed, or software. Like a game, application off of the Internet?
If so, go to that link, download a AV program, and run it. Get an anti-spyware program, too.
Run it all, update your computer. Reboot.
Also, check all of your hardware's drivers. Make sure they are up to date.
