Exactly HOW are you trying to update them? Are you downloading the driver and immediately updating or are you downloading, saving and then updating?
Give us the FULL, EXACT, wording of the error on the blue screen. You will have to write it down so take the time and do that so maybe we can get everything. Give us all the numbers, words, letters everything you see on the screen when you get the blue screen.
