Are you actually reading the suggestions posted? What I said was this....
I said absolutely NOTHING about changing the settings in your Firewall. I did not mention your firewall.This info on Internet Explorer 7 from Microsoft Pages;
This is more than likely the cause of your problems accessing sites and the like. This is probably where you are going to have to begin, and that would be adjusting the security levels of IE. By default, the security level in Internet Explorer for the Internet zone is set to Medium-High. This means that Internet Explorer puts certain restrictions in place to protect you when browsing the Internet. You might move it to Medium and see if this helps.
There is some sort of problem with your Internet Explorer 7. Either roll back to 6 or try a different browser. You CAN turn off the Phishing Filter in IE7
To turn Phishing Filter off
1. Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, and then clicking Internet Explorer.
2. Click the Tools button, click Phishing Filter, then click Phishing Filter Settings.
3. Scroll to the Phishing Filter section under Security in the list of options, click Disable Phishing Filter, and then click OK.
Phishing Filter will not check or warn you about phishing sites now.
