You have WAY TOO MANY programs running at the same time and running at Start up. Did you do the steps here
If not, please do and then post back with the new HJT log and the AVG Anti-spy log.

    Hello divide,
First of all HiJackThis is almost NEVER run in Safe Mode for a scan. Please only run it in Normal Mode unless specifically told to run it in safe mode. Where is the AVG Anti-spy log? I see no evidence of the expl_anicmoo.gen in either log. Trend Micro shows it was quarantined according to your first post. Empty that quarantine folder.

#2. I state again, you have entirely too many programs running at start up and during the HJT scan. All unnecessary programs should be turned off during an HJT scan.

#3. Your java program is hopelessly out of date. Current version is 6 Update 1.
Go to Control Panel, Add/Remove and Uninstall every java program listed.
    Then go to this link
Download the latest version of java. I always recommend the manual install. Save it to your desktop. Once it is downloaded then install the program. Then go to this link
    to verify installation.

    You absolutely must get rid of some of these unnecessary programs running automatically at start up;
ehTray>>> This startup loads a system tray icon that allows you to control various aspects of Media Center. Most of these can be run manually
nwiz>>> Associated with the newer versions of nVidia graphics cards drivers.
SunJavaUpdateSched>>>java update feature. You obviously have been over-riding this or the java would not be so out of date. The program can be run manually
Dell QuickSet>>> Dell taskbar icon allowing you to quickly change settings
DVDLauncher>>> A process belonging to the Cyberlink PowerCinema video viewing software which allows you to play DVDs upon insertion. Non-essential process
RealTray>>> System Tray icon for RealPlayer.
ISUSPM Startup>>> InstallShield Update Service Scheduler
    ISUSScheduler>>> InstallShield Update Service Scheduler
MimBoot>>> Starts Musicmatch Jukebox at bootup
MMTray >>>MusicMatch Jukebox icon in the task tray
Google Desktop Search>>> "a desktop search application that provides full text search over your email, computer files, chats, and the web pages you've viewed.
Corel Photo Downloader>>>Related to Corel Photo Album. This program is non-essential process to the running of the system
CTDVDDET>>> Auto-detect and play a DVD when using a Creative Soundblaster Audigy2 soundcard. Uses about 2.2 MB of memory.
CTSysVol>>> Creative sound card volume controls
    CTFeatureModeUtility>>>related to Creative sound cards
AudioDrvEmulator>>> Related to Creative DLL Module Loader. This program is non-essential process to the running of the system
CTHelper>>> CTHELPER is a background task that is a plug-in manager for Creative drivers.
CTRegRun>>> Reminds you to register your card with Creative
iTunesHelper>>> Installed with Apple's iTunes for Windows. Uses ~3-4MB of memory
QuickTime Task>>> System Tray access to Apple's "Quick Time" viewer from version 5 onwards
NeroCheck>>>Related to Nero CD/DVD Burning software.
This program constantly checks for known drivers that can conflict with our Nero/Nero Express/NeroVision Express software
KernelFaultCheck>>> Used in connection with memory dumps - you can disable these
MSMSGS>>>Windows Messenger utility. If you don't use Windows Messenger, this can be annoying. Available via Start -> Programs. Go to Windows Messenger > Tools > Options > Preferences and uncheck "Run this program when Windows starts"
PlaxoUpdate>>>Installstub.exe is is Plaxo's core executable program, which is used to check for new or updated information from the Plaxo Network
    Creative Detector>>>Related to Creative_Labs_Soundblaster CD/DVD Alerter
DWQueuedReporting>>>process associated with Watson Subscriber for SENS Network Notifications from Microsoft Corporation.
DWQueuedReporting>>>process associated with Watson Subscriber for SENS Network Notifications from Microsoft Corporation
Adobe Reader Speed Launch>>>supposedly speeds up the launch of Adobe Reader
Digital Line Detect>>> Detects whether your are plugged into a digital telephone line and displays the information graphically
Extender Resource Monitor>>>many problems noted with this. Disable from Start up.

99.9% of the programs listed above were running each time you ran the HJT scans. None are necessary and probably are slowing your system considerably.
I would disable all of the above from Auto Start. DON'T use msconfig to do this as many will just automatically put themselves back into start up. I recommend using the free program Mike Lin's StartUpControl Panel. Very easy to use, very small program.

thank you and sorry for the mess...

I still cannot donwload files on the computer, so I downloaded them on another computer and thumb drived them over.

    1. Uninstalled and updated Java
    2. Deleted the Trend Virus Log
    3. Used Mike Lins startup program to delete as many as you suggested

    4. Rebooted in Safe Mode
    5. Ran ATF cleaner...deleted....3,284kbs
    6. Ran SPYBOT (had a problem downloading AVG) - saved SPYBOT log
    7. Ran Defender

    all done..

What happens when you try to download files? Do you get an error message or message that firewall or virus program has blocked or what? Have you emptied your browser cache?

    download window appears..
A Windows Internet Explorer Window opens..

"IE cannot download < file name >, from download.microsoft.com

IE was not able to open this internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again latter."

I am only using the XP firewall.

    Yes I dump the cache,

    OTHER ISSUES..

1 .I cant stay logged into any site....I log in...Log off and Have to Log in again.
    2. In IE I have a red x through the Phishing Filter located in the bottom right of IE. When I click on it and go to check the Website, I always get the message MicroSoft online service is not available....similar to the download error message..

I still have too much stuff in the startup....will clean more..just not sure what I am doing..

    thanx again...

I can only see where you have disabled just a few items I noted, why not the others?
    The only ones I see are gone are;
    MSMSGS
    iTunesHelper
    QuickTime Task
    MimBoot
    MMTray
    Google Desktop Search
    Corel Photo Downloader
    NeroCheck
    Adobe Reader Speed Launch
    Digital Line Detect
    Extender Resource Monitor
That is 11 items, I gave you a list of 30. Why not the rest?
What version of Internet Explorer are you using? What are the security settings on the IE?
Give me particulars on the computer...hard drive size, how much space is left, how much ram installed?

    The only ones I see are gone are;
    MSMSGS
    iTunesHelper
    QuickTime Task
    MimBoot
    MMTray
    Google Desktop Search
    Corel Photo Downloader
    NeroCheck
    Adobe Reader Speed Launch
    Digital Line Detect
    Extender Resource Monitor
That is 11 items, I gave you a list of 30. Why not the rest?
What version of Internet Explorer are you using? What are the security settings on the IE?
Give me particulars on the computer...hard drive size, how much space is left, how much ram installed?
