    There is a 'logical progression' in that list?

    Kinda like the same logic that assumes the engineers/operators of those 2 trains surviving a 50/40mph head-on collision?

    Hmm, lot of variables for this one. Was it winter and they got snowed in a starved? Did they start a fire then go to bed without checking the chimney and asphyxiated cuz a bird had built a nest in the chimney which blocked it? Did a hungry bear trap them inside and eat them?
