Dude, I don't know any of the characters in this comedy/drama love triangle but all I can tell you is this. That seemingly 'sweet' nurse will demand stuff one day eventually, women are always nicer till you think they will do anything for you so that you get hooked on them. Not for a second assume that women are all emotional and simple to control (ask Lorena Bobbit's ex if you doubt me).
But seriously, all I am saying is, it is much easier for people to do away with their troubled relationship than to try fixing things up. A LTR can't and won't be always fun and fine, think of what made you love your wife and why you married her?
Don't say you were horny cuz god help me, I will hack into your server and crash your site! 
If that nurse realizes what you are doing with her, she could easily mix sedative drugs to your food/drink and you could wake up nekkid in a nearby forest wearing nothing but a condom!
If you are positive that you can no longer re-candle things between you and your wife, assuming you have tried your best but for whatever reason you believe it will not work, then in a respectful way leave her quick without dragging things too long and giving her hope, u know?
I have a feeling you, your wife and the nurse may end up on a Maury Show soon....
