I've been putting together some extremely basic guides. I even put something together on suggested way of SHIPPING an xbox LMAO priority mail flat rate box I'm targetting some ebayers and other brainless people so I seriously have to cover basic ****!

right now I'm finishing up an opening up the xbox guide and then I have all the pics taken for a RROD fix.

I now have thousands of the nylon washers used for the RROD fix and hundreds of screws. I think I'll roll those out on ebay for something like $3.50 shipped just for the washers/screws and they can just go in a first class envelope I think. 16 washers and 8 screws that aren't all that easy to find all delivered to your door LOL. Not exactly pulling in a ton of cash that way but its exposure at least and use it to promote some other things.

I'm still waiting on my giant supply of thermal paste that should be here within a week. I'll basically offer several levels of Xbox kits

1) screws/washers
2) + thermal paste
3) + xbox opening tool
4) + T8/T10 Torx screwdrivers

Full kit will be like $20

screws/washers I can restock on quickly but the other things I have to buy in bulk and they take a while to get here.

After these first guides are up and I go around posting some ads I'll work on some more specific guides like flashing DVD drives and eventually repairing the laser.

I have my first drafts together on a couple of articles and slowly piecing the site together the last couple of days. I'll try to get into some drive flashing stuff maybe this weekend but I probably won't have time until monday because of family stuff this weekend.

I'm still trying to figure out what shopping cart I want to use. X-cart used to standout as the best but they seem to not really develop it anymore so I'm looking into some other systems. I really don't mind paying for something that'll work great without having to code a bunch of custom features into! For now I'm going to just put lil paypal checkout buttons on some pages as I finish them up.

When I polish up some of those articles a bit more I think I'll hitup the newsletter. I think I'll go through and add a bunch of news sites to the mailing list if they aren't on there already.
