Well, rats, then that obviously is not causing the problem! Can you run Internet Explorer even when this error comes up?

The window closes down after I send error report...hmm...maybe I should just live with it?

1. Go to Control Panel.
2. Click System.
3. Go to the Advanced tab.
4. Click Error Reporting.
5. Click the "Disable Error Reporting" radio box, but select the "But notify me when Critical Errors Occur".

Ok there doesn't seem to be an option for the instructions you gave me.
