okay i have issues with a laptop.
it came straight from the factory and has been used for im going to say 3 months now normally
recently programs will crash or stall abnormally for long amounts of time. this wasnt happening before. photoshop will crash if someone opens a web browser, games will crash if someone opens skype.. etc.
and when they dont crash they hold and freeze on a regular basis. very rarely will more than one program now work in tandem.

this things still stinks of the fabrication line it cant possibly be an issue of an undefragged hard drive, and chkdsk has thus far gotten me nowhere.

spyware scans have yielded nothing thus far (f-secure MB-AM). please assist:
