Yes i know about Jotti...apparently this only affects Verizon FIOS customers....I called Verizon and they said they block NO sites at all and after some network tech...do some testing, they called me back and said that Virustotal itself was blocking a new range of IP's that verizon had just recently added. They also offered to email Virustotal about the problem. That was yesterday...still can't get to Virustotal but I assume this will take a few days to clear up.
Thx to all those who checked for me, it made it a lot easier to convince Verizon that this was not a problem with Virustotal being "down" or a problem with MY specific computer, but rather a problem between Verizon and Virustotal.
