Yes, did see your last log, just wanted to wait until you were off work.
Download and install this free program CodeStuffStarter.

Now open the program and click on the Startups Tab. Click on All Sections.
Go through the list which will show and remove the check marks from the following:
hpqSRMon
Adobe Reader Speed Launcher
Adobe ARM
QuickTime Task
ctfmon.exe
PhotoShow Deluxe Media Manager
Google Update
MSMSGS
AutoTBar.exe
AutoTBar.exe (yes there are three of these in addition to the one listed above)
AutoTBar.exe
OneNote 2010 Screen Clipper and Launcher
OpenOffice.org
spamsubtract
ZooskMessenger
Ulead Photo Express 4.0 SE Calendar Checker

Now these below will be found in the Services Tab. It is in alphabetical order so go through the list and when you find one of these double click to open it up. If the service is running click the Stop button at the bottom. When the service is stopped then in the middle change it's start up type to Manual. Do this with all items listed below.

Google Update Service
Google Software Updater
Java Quick Starter
Yahoo! Updater

When you have done all of the above, close the program and reboot the computer.
Do one last HJT scan and post the log.
