Internet speed is measured in Mbps or slower would be kbps but not gigs. Gigs or GB is generally the measurement of space available, like hard drive size. I can't really give a suggestion on what to "have". Depends on what is available in your area and what you can afford, the higher the speed usually means higher cost. Also depends on what you do online. Slower speeds obviously limit what you can do and how fast you can do it.

When you say you asked them to increase it from 12GB to 50GB are you talking about speed or storage space as they do offer offline storage including email space.

Yes, did see your last log, just wanted to wait until you were off work.
Download and install this free program CodeStuffStarter.

Now open the program and click on the Startups Tab. Click on All Sections.
Go through the list which will show and remove the check marks from the following:
    hpqSRMon
    Adobe Reader Speed Launcher
    Adobe ARM
    QuickTime Task
    ctfmon.exe
    PhotoShow Deluxe Media Manager
    Google Update
    MSMSGS
    AutoTBar.exe
AutoTBar.exe (yes there are three of these in addition to the one listed above)
    AutoTBar.exe
OneNote 2010 Screen Clipper and Launcher
    OpenOffice.org
    spamsubtract
    ZooskMessenger
Ulead Photo Express 4.0 SE Calendar Checker

Now these below will be found in the Services Tab. It is in alphabetical order so go through the list and when you find one of these double click to open it up. If the service is running click the Stop button at the bottom. When the service is stopped then in the middle change it's start up type to Manual. Do this with all items listed below.

    Google Update Service
    Google Software Updater
    Java Quick Starter
    Yahoo! Updater

When you have done all of the above, close the program and reboot the computer.
Do one last HJT scan and post the log.

Judy, I don't see AutoTBar.exe. The only thing I see is AutoTKit.exe, and only one of those.

Then click on each listing with a number next to it and see what items are listed in each. You may find them there.
The attachment shows how mine looks, yours will be somewhat different but want to show you what I mean.

I don't want to disable it until I make sure that this is what I need to disable, so I will wait for your reply.

    Thanks, Terry

Sorry, We were replying at the same time.

Do you think this AutoTKit.exe is a collection of all 3 of those? I still cannot see these throughout the entire list.

All of that AutoT stuff, including the AutoTKit.

Here is what I found about it..
This program is not required to start automatically as you can run it when you need to. It is advised that you disable this program so that it does not take up necessary resources.
Found only on HP Computers. Unclear what purpose it serves - but there's a known issue with Internet Explorer Toolbar settings not being saved with it enabled
We research all entries before telling people to turn them off. We only say to turn off those which are not required to run the computer OR the specific program they point to, like the Adobe stuff for instance. Those Adobe programs run perfectly fine without being auto starting programs.
Unnecessary auto starts are known to slow down a computer and sometimes also interfere with programs you may start up later.

Okay, thanks. I'll get the new log to you as soon as I reboot.
