Microsoft® Windows® Malicious Software Removal Tool

Then update of MBA-M and run another Full Scan with it. Have it remove all that is found.
Reboot.
Then do a couple of these online scans, if they offer to remove by all means have them remove whatever is found.

• Trend Micro HouseCall
• F-Secure Online Virus Scanner

Post back with all logs.
