Instructions clearly state Full scans. Quick Scans, especially MBA-M will not scan all files.

Where is the MBA-M log? And I need the FULL ESET log, not just what if found.

If E drive has never been scanned but it IS installed on this computer then it should also be scanned. But the option on what to scan can be found under Advanced Settings, current scan targets.
