i am ever so sorry if i offended anyone!
its just that we were going further away from the original problem.
as long as i could send you the hjt files,
thats all that matters inst it?

i appreciate all your efforts to help me and i WAS doing my best to understand your instructions,
it was turning into a battle amongst yourselves!
if you no longer wish to help then just say so and i will go elsewhere!
    thanks
    psh

PSH - We are trying to help and we are trying to resolve this for you. Please, PLEASE be patient as Jholland said, we are all volunteers and most of us are at work right now. It will just take us time to work through all of the issues at hand.

ive tried the submit form again and its still coming up with:
    No <xml> data file found
Please upload the data xml file
Either sendmail or smtp is not properly configured on your system.
Please contact your hosting provider to correct this problem.
