I will boot my computer up into safe mode as soon as I get home. Because I can't delete the file in my Recycle bin that IS the virus. It is being used by another "user" so I will boot it up into safe mode, scan the C:\RECYCLER\ directory once again and then see if I have that finished.

If that doesn't work, I will try to get my command prompt up and running on my computer to try and delete the file in "safe mode with command prompt".

Hopefully these steps on my part will get rid of it. Thanks for pointing those steps out to me, because I usually scan in safe mode.

It happened in the morning, so I usually think, "Well, Google will help me." I never really think it out.
