    How do you know FOR SURE that C:\recycler is infected?
    There are steps you can take but hesitate to post anything until we have more info...operating system, how do you know you have an infection there? What OTHER steps have you taken?
    If believe you have infections like that then you probably have others. Have you run ALL the steps given in this link;
