Looks good. Download and install this program, it is free by the way,
Mike Lin's Startup Control Panel. Once installed you will find it in the Control Panel with a little computer icon labeled Startup.
Open the program, go through the various tabs and remove the checkmarks from the following:

IgfxTray
Persistence
Adobe ARM
OM2_Monitor - likely to be two different listings for this
TkBellExe
Microsoft Default Manager

After you have removed the check marks then close the program, reboot and come back and let me know if things have speeded up at all.
