AHAHAAHAHA!!! Very rarely does it make you happy, especially when they are an @$$ the ENTIRE time you try to help them and insist on arguing with you about something that is right in front of their face....and after you are done, they still are pissy about it.

reminds me of my draftsman.

He will ask how to do something in Pro/E. as you start to explain it, he will "no, no, its done this way" or "here is how I just done it".

I have finally started telling him to do it his way first then he can go back and do it my way.

ROFL!! Yeah, that works. But I can't do that with customers, 95% of the time they are complete idiots about it. The smart people don't usually call except for a Dial up number or server names...

well, if they are going to argue with you, tell them to call you back when they are ready to do it your way.

Yeah, well, I can't really do that...because then we'd NEVER be talking to anyone and our phones would constantly be ringing....it seems to be the clientel that we attract....
