Hey!!!
Leave me the hell out of it! You just want me to join in to this crazy debate so when she snaps she will take me out since I am an easier target!![]()
Besides, at this day and age I know that periodic external data backups are probably the best way to be prepared for the inevitable...though in-spite of my crazy surfing, my Loco PC remains jack-free!
Judy, you are awesome and I totally agree with everything you say, dont listen to that guy. I think he is jealous cuz your kung-fu has gotten much better (Judo, Taekwando, Virtumundo) lol...![]()
True but again malware targets a specific type computer/Internet users, if you don't fit the profile, you are safe (or safer at least).Maybe it's just me, but I have seen a lot of baddies in the last 6 months or so that mess with Windows Firewall and Security Center (not to mention trying to bork your Anti-virus program).
The world of malware is getting nastier and nastier!

At this daya and age only those who do not know how malware infections commonly occur are the ones getting hit. Until these malware victims learn their lesson, be cautious and more importantly change their surfing habit, jholland will be scanning more HJT logs...![]()
User is and will always be the weakest link in the computer security chain.
No security program can and will ever protect those that are doomed due their computing habits.
And you Mister just volunteered to be a part of the free sswhupping that jholland might bring upon PP!![]()
And finally, fishingaddictinc, you might wanna give my own generic system cleaning tool CleanupXP a try if you'd like to. Even the standard cleaning routine is much more effective than most other known cleaners. There is also CleanupXP+ that does the same plus gives you the option to enter specific folder/file names so it can search the system and delete all matching hits!
