Please if you have the time to help suggest anything that should be deleted as its said the hijack this analyzer is not very reliable.
I just dont understand it at all, the way it shows up on my advancedsystemcare pro is a 3-column list.
If some1 tells me how to take a screenshot I can show you how it looks on my screen.

    For somebody who says,
I don't want to download a whole bunch because my computer is getting messed up enough.
the program you have used Advanced SystemCare 3 Security Analyzer
is considered a junk program. Why you would put this on a computer using Windows 7 is beyond me.
Here is just one review of this lousy program. Please note, it is given a poor rating in each and every category.
Here are just part of the conclusions given by the reviewer:
Advanced SystemCare does not live up to its name and could, if used incautiously, cause more problems than it would fix. The automatic tasks that it performs are unacceptable because the program does not request permission from the user....Users who want this kind of system utlility would be well advised to look elsewhere.
If you truly want help you will do the following:
First of all UNINSTALL that Advanced SystemCare 3, it is considered total junk. Your statement:
It is taking almost twice as long to load.
is described as a very common problem with this program in the review I have linked to, if you want to improve performance, UNINSTALL this program ASAP.

    Then, do the following:

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBA-M) to your Desktop.

    • DoubleClick mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install MBA-M.
    • Be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
    • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
    • Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
    • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
    • Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
    • When MBA-M finishes, Notepad will open with the log. Please save it where you can find it easily. The log can also be opened by going to Start > All Programs > Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware > Logs > log-date.txt.
    REBOOT after running MBA-M!

    Next do this:

Please Run the ESET Online Scanner

    http://www.eset.com/onlinescan/scanner.php?i_agree=14
    * You will need to use Internet Explorer to to complete this scan and you will need to allow an Active X to be installed or you may use Firefox if you have the IE tab add on.
    * You will need to temporarily Disable your current Anti-virus program.
    * Be sure the option to Remove found threats is checked and the option to Scan unwanted applications is Checked.

    * When you have completed that scan, a scanlog ought to have been created and located at C:\Program Files\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt.

    Again, REBOOT the computer.

    Next do the following:

    download HiJackThis
    http://download.cnet.com/Trend-Micro...-10227353.html
Do a full system scan with HJT and save the log.

You DO need the anti-malware program noted. Your AV program will not find everything, this is why multiple programs are needed for scanning and removals.
We would not give any instructions which are not required.

Ok i did everything you said to, now what?
I didn't get a scan log for the ESET online scanner. I also had no infected files or any problems on the scans.

You need to copy/paste all the logs here, regardless of whether they show clean or not.

You used an old version of HiJackThis. Please remove this and download the newest version from here
    http://free.antivirus.com/hijackthis/

Do a new system scan with the new version and copy/paste back here with the log.

Things are a bit confused here. In you first post the log posted said you have Vista, yet YOU say you have Windows 7, Which is it?
