Can i export or import group policy setting ?

Hello everyone . i few weeks ago i heard about the group policy settings and after a long research i finally managed to learn what it is and changed some unneccessary setting on my PC.but it is my third time that i formatted my PC because of some wrong setting on my group policy since i learned about group policy . one was really fun. i did not set permission to myself on local settings ,once.when i reboot my PC and enter the password, a warning appear the i have no permission to login . and naturally i got tired of reapplying all those change again and again. it takes really long time as u know. so i am asking if it is possible to export group Policy settings and next time when i format PC , i can import the policy ? if so , i would appriciate if you enlight us . thsnks in advance

Are you using GP templates? If not, you should because that is exactly what Global Policy Administrative templates are designed for.
