Well as PhilliePhan said there really isn't anything bad showing in your log.
Here is the info on the various programs in Add/Remove that you don't recognize and those in your Taskbar;
Those two programs in Add/Remove have absolutely nothing to do with the AVG anti-virus or the Zone Alarm Firewall. You probably just never noticed these before.

Futuremark Utility is an overclocking utility for ATI and nVidia cards.
Overclocking is the process of forcing a component to run at a higher clock rate than it was designed for or was designated by the manufacturer.

Mail Frontier Desktop is a program which says it Detects and reports phishing scams in your email and is a spam blocker. This is not a free program, it costs around $30 from what I have found.
Neither of these programs would have come in with something else, they had to be downloaded by you or another user of the computer. And as I said the Mail Frontier program is not free, it would have had to have been paid for in order to install.

Here are the programs showing on the taskbar, all are legitimate, had absolutely nothing to do with Quicktime update, except Quicktime itself;
Really none of these need to be running, except maybe the printer for ease and speed of use.
creative Mixer has to do with your sound card.

Give us the specs on your computer;

Right Click on My Computer.

Choose Properties. The first page you see will be the System Page I guess you would call it.

The bottom bit of information will tell you what Processor you have and the total amount of RAM installed. Please give us that.

Then open My Computer and Right Click on "C" Drive and choose properties and when that opens it will tell you how large the drive is and how much space is remaining.

This might give us some insight on those Low memory warnings.
