That question/comment alone made it quite clear to me that all my efforts and helps were nothing more than a mouse fart to you which is OK, it allowed me to wake up and smell the coffee. For the most part it has been pretty 'unrewarding' anyhow. Not even a 'Thank You' from majority of the people, heck not even a response even...

I made a somewhat bitter decision to cease my online forum activity and pursue a few personal projects instead.

With this 16th post I think I will put an end to this rather pointless activity that I used to enjoy.

I know I was kidding.

But I do understand what you are talking about with people not thanking you or even following up on what was done...it really makes the "job" unrewarding....I work as a CSR at an internet company and I tell you, the VERY FEW people who do call back just to say thank you is WONDERFUL, but then you have the people that just blow you off and don't even care that the problem is fixed...
