    Give me some time to go through your logs and I will get back to you.
    khost.exe is a secure data delivery application by Kontiki Inc. which delivers data such as images and files to secure servers for sharing.
    It may be you have uninstalled this program but the link in auto start is still there and when the computer looks for the program then it cannot find it and you will get the error.
    Same goes for the Logitech Desktop Messenger.
    For the moment go to this link
    and download and run the ATF-Cleaner in SAFE MODEand then run the AVG Anti-spy again in SAFE MODE and save the log.
    Reboot to normal mode and run a new HJT scan and post back here with both new logs. I will take a look and see what else needs to be done.

    I honestly don't see a lot in the log that is bad, though I do see a lot in the Start Up programs which do not need to auto start

    Here are the auto starts related to your errors;
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [LDM] C:\Program Files\Logitech\Desktop Messenger\8876480\Program\LogitechDesktopMessenger .exe
    Installed with the software for Logitech products. Automatically checks for software upgrades AND new products, services and special offerings from Logitech. Not necessary.
    There are several Logitech programs auto-starting which are related to your Logitech QuickCam.

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [kdx] C:\WINDOWS\kdx\KHost.exe
    Not dangerous, but unnecessary.KonTiki Secure Delivery Plug In related. "The Kontiki Delivery Management System (DMS) is a secure delivery network for distribution of video, software, audio, documents, and other digital media. The Kontiki DMS enables enterprises to efficiently publish, secure, deliver and track digital media to employees, partners, and customers"

    Honestly, rather than using HiJackThis to stop a program from running at Start up you are better off going through the program itself. BUT, often times this is hard to find or not really an option within the program. My recommendation, don't know that everyone agrees with me , but I always recommend using Mike Lin's StartUpControlPanel
    very easy to use to start OR stop items from running automatically at start up AND it is FREE.

    What is the file you are trying to get rid of?
    Desktop.ini is used to tell Windows how to display a folder. For example, enabling Thumbnail view creates a desktop.ini file in that folder which amongst other things, tells Windows to add an extra item to the View menu for that folder. Desktop.ini files are also used when you customize folders, change their icons etc.
    It can show up numerous places, don't be concerned.
    Am not seeing anything which would stop your flash player or shockwave players from working.
    Your Java is out of date, you should update that for sure. Current version is now up to 6...uninstall the others via Add/Remove and then install the newest version from here scroll down to;
    JRE 6
