Running HiJackThis generally is NOT routine maintenance and never advised to be used routinely.
It is for use AFTER running the normal scanning tools and removal of malware. Then it "might" be suggested to run HJT to see if there are any unusual entries.
I see none in this log, but HJT only sees certain things, this is no guarantee. The only way to do routine maintenance is weekly scanning with an av program a good anti-malware program like MBA-M, keeping temp files and cookies cleaned out. That is good routine maintenance.

i ran the basics first of course its just every security tool has flaws and i wanted to cover my back considering i haven't done any security scans in a while (several months(you want a secific number ehh 5))
and considering i only have MBAM and f-secure it just didn't make sense that they both caught NOTHING after several months of heavy use.

I don't know why you would believe that because security tools don't find anything that the computer would be infected. I haven't had ANYTHING found on my machine in probably two years and I do, as you say, heavy use. If you have everything secured as it should be then there would be no reason to find anything, because there isn't anything to find.
If the computer runs quickly and as it is supposed to do and the scans come up clean then you can presume the machine to be clean.
HiJackThis is NOT a fixer program, it doesn't see everything on the computer, or all infected files and it is not considered a routine program that all people need to run as a matter of course.
If you are experiencing symptoms of infection, even if tools find nothing then THAT is what we need to know, not just a "blanket" posting of HJT.
