These two files were flagged as bad and I can't delete them:

Who or what is flagging these files as bad? Where did you get the info? if you are using the HJT Analyzer here, then for now, DON'T. Do you have a HJT log we can see? Can't advise unless we know what and why we are advising.

This one
[ctfmon.exe] C:\WINDOWS\system32\ctfmon.exe
is certainly located in the correct place.
This is involved with the language/alternative input services in Office XP. CTFMON.exe will continue to put itself back into MSConfig when you run the Office XP apps as long as the Text Services and Speech applets in the Control Panel are enabled. Not required if you don't need these features.

Tell you what, you have not stated what problems you have been having, so I need to know that and you have not said that you have completed the steps HERE
and I would like you to do ALL of those, including the online scans. Once you have completed all of those steps, as directed then run a new HJT scan and post that entire new log here.
Frankly, I don't see a lot of things that are of concern, "maybe" suspicious, I just don't know since I don't know the problems you have been having which caused you to post this log in the first place. I also don't know for certain which HJT analyzer you used that flagged these entries because the actual HJT site does not.
You DO have a large number of programs running at start which can very easily be run manually. This alone will slow the machine down. For the moment however, don't disable anything, just complete the steps in the link I have given you and post back with the HJT log and the AVG log and we will go from there.
