I just picked up a g5 corded laser mouse, I don't like the cable, I'll probly change that to something a little thicker and easier to move, and the eyeball looks like it needs a bigger hole in the base to give it a wider field of view? I did this to my previous logitech optical mouse and it improved the cursor response to upward/angled movements. I might cut and bevel the base around the new laser/sensor just because it looks like it needs it :P

You can always modify your current mouse, get a bunch of epoxy and build up the bottom and palm area of your mouse till it feels more ergonomic to you. I never really palmed my older mouse, just kinda hold it between my thumb and ring finger cause I have big hands too. The g5's alot bigger than my old logitech, and alot bigger than a standard ps2 wheel mouse, I can actually palm the g5 and still have my fingers over the mouse buttons.

My G15 is less responsive then the Luminix(brand?) PS/2 port type keyboard that I had before. I hotkey volume control to the Page Up/Down and mute to the End key, so the volume knob is of little value.

Overall, I think I would have been better off just getting a cheapo USB keyboard for $15 and saving myself $50.
