Is there a method or program that will allow printing emails received in Outlook 2003 with the same flexibility as OE allows? By that I mean priinting certain pages, printing selection, or printing current page. As it's installed, it only allows for printing a complete email, many of which have several pages of forwards accompanying the "nugget" I really want to print and save.

Second, is there a method to setting a default print option in either Firefox or IE so that printouts automatically print in grayscale instead of wasting a lot of colored ink cartridges? Currently, I need to go through the printer properties menu to set this each time.
