If you have already read and followed those instructions and have the requested log files saved on your PC, copy all of the the text from each of the log files, then paste the text's into your next response here "this is our prefered method" however you can also attach the requested log text files.

If you have not read and followed the instructions linked to above and are still having issues, please do the requested instructions.
