So my parents computer is infected by something and I cant quite figure it out. I loaded antivirus software on it and it found 6 trojans and 1 virus. I ran windows malicious software removal tool and it found nothing, malwarebyte's found 4 trojans and 2 variants, ad aware found a couple of items, eset found 2 items and ATF cleaner. I cannot connect to windows update and every time I try to search for something through google I am redirected to some garbage website. I have uninstalled ie explorer and reloaded it and that did nothing.
Any help on this would be much appreciated!!
