    Routine Check Up

    Hey Guys,

    Nothings too wrong with my computer, just doing a routine check up with you guys. My computers just been running a little slow. Does everything seem to look alright?

    Three of the four scans are attached:

    MalWare
    Hi Jack This
    Uninstall List

    I ran the ESET Online Scanner, it said 0 problems, but never gave me a log to save. Sorry.

    Do you guys reccomend a weekly, or daily check up program to have on my computer?

    Please just let me know if anything can be stopped, or uninstalled to make my computer run faster.

    Thanks,

    Dom

    Honestly don't really see anything there Dom...though this one from the MBA-M program is a bit disconcerting:
    Files Infected:
    C:\System Volume Information\_restore{2DA569DF-904C-4961-8BC1-64422F975A18}\RP125\A0084094.dll (Trojan.FakeAlert) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully.

    It was in system restore, meaning SOME TIME it WAS on the computer. When was this? It most definitely would have shown in a MBA-M log at some time and that, along with the one found in this scan should have been removed at the same time.

    Other than that I don't see anything. The only thing that likely would make your computer run slowly is that Norton program. Known for bloat, Known to make the computer run slowly.
    Other than that I see nothing...well yes, you don't appear to have any java installed. You don't HAVE to have it but certainly makes seeing somethings in your browser impossible.
