I tried Killbox...and checked out that link - hasn't got rid of it so far. The title is really long with no option to rename, so I'm not even sure if I am typing it into cmd.exe correctly for deletion...but Killbox was a no-go.

No it won't let me copy & paste - but yes I did make that registry change.
Mandi, can you tell us the exact name of this file and where it is located?
Example: C:\Windows\videofile.avi
That way I will be able to tell you the command you could try in Command-Line.
