I don't like the direction Filthy Bastar-dia is heading ......Foreigners are treated with great suspicion, only the brainiest citizens become academics, murderers frequently escape punishment by claiming they were protecting their honour, and citizens are regularly arrested in queues for 'loitering'. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is moderate.
