A similar bills(Stand Your Ground and Revised Castle Doctrine)have been introduced a couple times in PA, but timed out in committee. PA has one of, if not the biggest, legislative banches of all the states. ...and it takes forever to get a bill through to the Governor's desk. Some states can have a bill drafted, voted on by Congress, then on the Governor's desk in one day - where as it takes a couple years to do in PA.
