    I smell a conspiracy!!

Odd thing is, that was the very same option I picked!
It sounded funny but twisted at the same time, also reminded me of the old Arnold movie Running Man!

"Private prisons?! Rehabilitation?! How utterly ridiculous!" exclaims Jazz Silk, Notageek's toughest police officer. "Both of these proposals will simply waste resources on the scum of society. I say that we should summarily execute all violent criminals and give their property to their victims."

Citizens wishing to be parents must undertake a series of gruelling tests to evaluate their capabilities, schoolchildren have twice-weekly sex education classes, the government has started a campaign to crack down on road rage and encourage alternate means of commuting, and smoking is banned in public areas. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is relatively low.
    I'm not evil

I had one this morning about illegal immigrants that make it through traps and mine fields being allow to stay. But there were cameras pointed at the national boundries and it was to be broadcasted as a TV show.
