We all know what absolute power does!

Besides, the game could use a little excitement.

Also, no matter how well my nation appears to be ruled, I am almost always at the bottom of the list.
I am starting the think this game blows monkey nu..!

It would seem that absolute power is fleeting.

    It seems so....

Pharmacies close down as medicinal drugs are sold freely by the government, meat-eating is frowned upon, protesters are up in arms over new nuclear power stations, and copyright laws have been abolished. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is relatively low, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Gizmokid2005's national animal is the Gremlin, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the cheque.

Gizmokid2005 is ranked 1st in the region and 11,913th in the world for Nudest.

"Are you all completely money-obsessed?" asks Bill Wu, an advocate of national welfare programmes. "There is a way to deal with this problem without giving foreigners complete control over our economy! Simply give more funding to welfare and healthcare to help the citizens most in need and maybe we'll get through this! Yes, taxes will rise, but that money could easily come from less deserving causes - let's say the military and the environment? What happened to this country that we put cheques before lives? I can remember when 'You are officially too stupid to own a computer.' actually used to mean something! I think you should dwell on that thought."

I know it won't last for long but still...

TL - I finally figured out how it decides rank.

Whatever the issue is for the day, ie today is "Most Eco-Friendly Governments", the nation with the highest rank is who is ranked first in the region....
