Doing evil, bad things such as being a dictator and using the power in a wrong way is easy. Any human being could do that since we ALL are well equipped for that. That hard thing is doing good, ruling the people in a just, civilized and fair way without favoring anything and anyone for your own benefit, giving people the freedom they need without disturbing the general balance or well being of anyone else. Most of the issues have bad choices, I mean they all are bad, none of them sounds 100% logical or sensible, the trick is picking the one that would have the least derogatory effect on your nations.....a true leader would think about the consequences of each of his decisions and...

Crime is well under control, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Filthy Bastar-dia's national animal is the Three-Toed Sloth, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the BabuBhatt.

Hahaha...don't dismiss the issues just cause they appear a bit hairier than you like! I remember back in the early days, the kids of filthy bas-tardia were being spotted gambling in casinos as well!
