Updating BIOS

Hello,
I could use some help please, I need to update my BIOS so support the new processor I bought. I have an ASUS A8N-SLI motherboard, running Windows XP Pro, bought a new AMD Opteron 185 processor. For it to work I need to update the BIOS, I have downloaded all the new files I need but do not have a clue on how to do the BIOS upgrade. I need the instructions as simple as possible so I don't screw up my system.

BIOS updates should not be a problem unless the media you copy the files onto craps out or the power get cut off during the 'flash' process.
Anyhow, aren't the instructions on Asus' site clear enough?

I suggest you use the mobo vendor's web site for instructions which are often very easy to follow but let me know if there is a part where you are not clear on, ok?
