Ok, then try these settings for your virtual memory, yours are too low.

    1. Click Start, right click on My Computer and then click Properties
    2. Click ” Advanced “.
    3. At the ” Performance ” section click ” Settings ” .
    4. Select ” Advanced ” and in the ” Virtual Memory ” click ” Change ” .
    5. Custom Size ” and set BOTH the Initial Size and Maximum Size to 3072MB. Click ” Set ” .
    6. Click Ok and restart your Computer.

I hate to say it, but same deal.

Took forever to start up, took forever to open IExplorer. And still laggy/choppy on youtube videos.

Finally I am able to uninstall it. The computer runs better...but still audio/video is choppy as well as slow start up and slow start up of programs.

What about an absolute "Restart" of the computer, would someone like me who is smarter than the average person in computers, but not as smart as you guys be able to do a complete restart of my computer?

Would you be able to walk me through the steps easily?
