I've been on Iamnotageek.com many times. My computer runs mostly very smooth at all times. I do not have a music downloading program, or any of that stuff.

My computer is really slow, it stayed at the Windows XP start screen (where that bar goes across the screen) for 10 minutes. My youtube videos/audio files are real choppy. My mouse is even slower as well, you can see kind of a delay in the mouse.


I ran all the scans, and nothing came back with problems, everything was clear. Could you guys please help me, and let me know I can do to solve this?
