Strange Error Message

I have one pc that when on Internet continually gives the following error.

A runtime error has ocured.
Do you wish to debug?

Error: 2
Error: Syntax Error

Yes No

Could not attached a copy of the print screen from this error; 195Kb. It happens on the internet, but not with any one web site or page.

Could it be a virus? I have cleaned the PC several times, and ran Registry Repair on it.

Give us some more information...IE version, Java version. What operating system are you using?

Go to the Control Panel and open Internet Options. Click the Advanced
tab. Check the boxes next to " Disable Script Debugging (Internet
Explorer) " and " Disable Script Debugging (Other) ". Uncheck the
boxnext to " Display a notification about every script error ".
Click Apply, then OK.
