Hello, I am trying to help a friend resolve an issue with the wireless internet. The computer is a HP pavilion dv2000. The computer shows it connected to the wireless network but the browsers can't access the internet. The Auto updates download fine, and windows defender can download new definitions, but the browsers (both ie and firefox)do nothing. When I diagnose the connection it says it is fine. Would anyone offer some suggestions.
