Now I want you to download, install, update and fully enable SpywareBlaster. Truly a MUST HAVE program on any computer. It is FREE.

Prevent the installation of ActiveX-based spyware and other potentially unwanted programs.
Block spying / tracking via cookies.
Restrict the actions of potentially unwanted or dangerous web sites.

  • doesn't interfere with the "good side" of the web
  • doesn't slow down your computer
  • doesn't use up any memory or take any cpu
    (you set it, close the program, and just remember to update it at least once a week)

Download, Install, Update, Enable all protection and also be sure to enable the Restricted Sites portion.

AFTER you do that you need to set a new System Restore Point.
To do this do the following:
1. Click Start.
2. Right-click the My Computer icon, and then click Properties.
3. Click the System Restore tab.
4. Check "Turn off System Restore" or "Turn off System Restore on all drives" as shown in this illustration:
5. Click Apply.
6. When turning off System Restore, the existing restore points will be deleted. Click Yes to do this.
7. Click OK.
8. Wait a moment and do the reverse to turn it back on.

After doing all that you should be good to go unless there is something else causing difficulties.
