Scanning.
Hardly made a dent...you previously said you had 790mb of mails, what you just posted translates to 788mb.
But you said in the other thread you had 4000 emails and also 1200 sent. So you still have around 4000 emails still sitting there. You honestly can't tell me that you are going to re-read 4000 emails! That is nearly impossible. How many years old are these mails?

4000 is till a tremendous number. Unless these are business related I would get them off of there. And if they are extremely important there is no way I would keep them stored on the computer. What if the hard drive fails? They are gone, forever. If you really think you have to keep them, move them off of there, all but the most very recent.
Most businesses never keep their emails ON the computer due to the risk of losing them.
This is not even counting the possibility of an infection getting on there which will go through all the mails and pick up addresses and then send itself onto others. IF that hasn't happened all ready and frankly there is a good chance that it all ready has happened as I noted and cauz noted earlier.
I am trying, but everytime I click Send to C drive...it says an error has occured, and i think its because it is more then the 700MB allotment of the cd.
I'm copying them to my flash drive right now...I have a 1 gig flash drive, basically taking over. lol
What's Next...by the way, let me introduce myself...
ahh I'll just do it through p.m
