We want to give you the most usefull suggestions, and would like to know what your sytem specifications are..

What is the Make/model of your computer, what opperating system is installed? how much physical memory is installed, how many megabytes or gigabytes is the total capacity of the hard disk, how much is empty/full etc...... That way you not only get help with your software, but based on your system specs we may be able to quickly locate known resolutions to common problems associated with those components.

Genuine Intel(R) CPU
T2300 @ 1.66GHz
98-MHz, 504 MB of RAM
