Countdown to shutdown

Just an hour ago, I am having this countdown shutdown box. I cant cancel it but only through shutdown -a command. But it is showing up every 2 hours....
is that a virus? spyware?...

please help

Hi Cashblogs,

Sounds like the sasser worm or something similar. Have you gone through the steps outlined in PhilliePhan's 'Read Me Before...' sticky?

After you do that, run and attach your HJT log to your next step but do not delete or install/uninstall anything without being told so by one of the malware experts here, ok?
