One thing I see in the log is MyWebSearch, known malware for sure.
    Do this;
First, uninstall the My Web Search option from Add/Remove Programs
    1) Click on Start, Settings, Control Panel
    2) Double click on Add/Remove Programs
    3) Find "My Web Search" in the list of installed programs and click on Change/Remove to uninstall it. You may also want to uninstall any of the following items associated with FunWebProducts.

    • My Web Search (Smiley Central or FWP product as applicable)
    • My Way Speedbar (Smiley Central or other FWP as applicable)
    • My Way Speedbar (AOL and Yahoo Messengers) (beta users only)
    • My Way Speedbar (Outlook, Outlook Express, and IncrediMail)
    • Search Assistant - My Way

After using Add/Remove then double click "C" drive and go to C:\Program Files\ look for the folder MyWebSearch and delete it if you find it there.
    4) Reboot your Computer and run HijackThis and place a check mark next to the following entries if they remain:

    R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,Default_Search_URL = http://toolbar.ask.com/toolbarv/askR...7&gct=&gc=1&q=
    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\SearchURL,(Default) = http://toolbar.ask.com/toolbarv/askR...gct=&gc=1&q=%s

    O4 - S-1-5-21-823518204-1682526488-854245398-1003 Startup: MyWebSearch Email Plugin.lnk = C:\Program Files\MyWebSearch\bar\1.bin\MWSOEMON.EXE (User '?')

    O4 - Global Startup: MyWebSearch Email Plugin.lnk = C:\Program Files\MyWebSearch\bar\1.bin\MWSOEMON.EXE

Once you have placed the check marks then click the Fix Checked button.
    Exit HJT
Reboot and then try again to run MBA-M, updating first. If you CAN run it then have it remove everything found.
    Save the log.
Post back here with the MBA-M log and a new HJT log.

okay so i managed to get ccleaner going cleaned out alot of junk (1/2 GB of garbadge). so thanks a bunch i still cant get malware bytes going could this be a result of me segregating it from my network? (thus having no internet and running stuff via usb?). if not i still cant get malware-b working.

Not sure what you mean here...running via usb...it has to be actually installed ON the computer. It doesn't require internet to run. It requires internet to Update but that can also be done manually by downloading the update and then updating the program via cd, flash drive, floppy disk, etc. Offline database is available HERE it is usually an update or two behind the live update but current enough to give a good scan.

Try this, try to again put MBA-M onto the infected computer BUT RENAME it BEFORE you try to put it on there. Call it something silly, like BamBam. See if it will install that way.
